Role overview
Heritage Lifecare is hiring a Clinical Services Manager to join Stillwater Lifecare & Village in Nelson, Tasman, New Zealand. This is a full-time onsite role within a modern aged care setting that includes a 69-bed care home and hospital, plus a 43-unit village. The role calls for a registered nurse who is motivated by delivering excellent care and supporting residents in a warm, respectful environment.

Key duties
The Clinical Services Manager will provide leadership across the care team, help maintain high standards of clinical practice, and contribute to a positive resident experience. The position involves working closely with stakeholders, strengthening care delivery, and supporting residents’ wellbeing so they can enjoy a better day-to-day life.
Working pattern
This role is based at Stillwater Lifecare in sunny Nelson and requires 40 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday.
Skills and experience
The successful applicant should bring registered nursing experience, an active New Zealand practising certificate, and ideally prior exposure to aged care. The role also requires a good understanding of best-practice approaches, continuous improvement systems, and strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. A genuine commitment to caring for others is essential.
