Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This role will be instrumental in providing essential product development inputs and managing critical tasks and processes, including requirements gathering for our reporting suite, which encompasses dashboards and data extracts. The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with the BI product team to drive product development, documentation, training, research, and analysis, ensuring the team's success in achieving its roadmap objectives. Success in this role requires strong communication abilities, effective teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, accountability, and the capacity to independently execute well-defined tasks.

What You'll Do

• Act as a Product Analyst within the Business Intelligence domain, focusing on reporting and dashboarding capabilities, underlying data assets, user needs, and compliance considerations.
• Support backlog management, roadmap planning, and product development operations in collaboration with the wider product development team.
• Contribute to or lead internal user research, data analysis, pilot programs, experimentation, requirements gathering, and other key activities essential for product development.
• Oversee the intake, validation, reproduction, and triage of reported bugs to ensure their prompt resolution.
• Develop and update product documentation, user training materials, and other relevant product communications.
• Conduct data analysis to support bug triage and the definition of product requirements.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in or related to product management.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• A rigorous and inquisitive analytical mindset.
• A strong orientation towards both detail and results.
• A Bachelor's Degree.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience working in a SaaS or technology-focused company.
• Familiarity with the US healthcare industry and its data landscape.
• Prior experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Jira.
• Experience working in a global environment.

Additional Information

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Candidates are expected to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.
