Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a motivated Manager, Product Management to lead the Clinical Intelligence product area. This role involves managing a team of Product Analysts and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from strategic conception to successful execution. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the future of our Clinical Intelligence capabilities, directly influencing the evolution of all our products. Reporting to the VP, General Manager India, this position offers a unique chance to develop new products, enhance existing ones, and scale our offerings. Ideal candidates are leaders with a strong product vision, capable of inspiring teams to create effective user solutions and solve complex challenges. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, design, engineering, and operations, making critical decisions and guiding product direction. A deep understanding of the AI in healthtech market and competitive landscape is essential for synthesizing information, forming hypotheses, and prioritizing product requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Analysts, cultivating a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric product culture.
  • Foster an inclusive and dynamic team atmosphere that maximizes individual potential and supports professional growth.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, detailing key initiatives, features, and release schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the Clinical Intelligence platform aligns with overarching company objectives.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, empowering cross-functional teams to achieve these goals.
  • Champion a design-first approach to product requirements, working closely with design, research, marketing, and engineering to understand and advocate for user needs.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, from strategic planning through to tactical execution.
  • Drive the design of new features and enhancements, plan product rollouts, assess new opportunities, and present strategic proposals and insights to executive leadership.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing timely updates and information to stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and customer research, analyze user feedback and competitive landscapes to identify market gaps and innovative product applications.
  • Oversee the entire product development process, making key strategic decisions and resolving complex issues.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a people management capacity.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the healthcare or HealthTech sectors.
  • Proven expertise in applying Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence to solve healthcare challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • A strong product mindset demonstrated by a history of delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • A successful track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders across customer-facing and technology functions to create seamless user experiences.

Additional Information

  • The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Candidates are expected to reliably commute or plan to relocate before commencing employment.
  • The interview process may include an initial connection with Talent Acquisition, meetings with the Hiring Manager, behavioral interviews, a case study, and interviews with senior leadership. This process is subject to change.
