Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Specialist to support HR operations from the Plantation, Florida office. This position is a hybrid onsite arrangement with in-office work three days per week at the FLL7 site. The schedule runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and weekend availability is required when needed; time off during the week will be provided to balance weekend coverage.
The hourly pay range for this role is $20 to $21.
What You Will Do
- Review timesheets and compensation-related records, then add or correct employee information in the HCM system.
- Handle retroactive pay corrections when necessary.
- Answer pay-related questions and resolve them promptly.
- Support the attendance management process for frontline employees.
- Work through HR case tickets in ServiceNow.
- Assist with data cleanup efforts ahead of a new system rollout.
- Help preserve accurate and reliable information across HR platforms.
What We’re Looking For
The right candidate will be comfortable working with technology, highly attentive to detail, and genuinely service-minded. Success in this role depends on working efficiently, identifying issues quickly, and keeping data accurate at all times.
Preferred background includes exposure to payroll, benefits administration, or wage-and-hour support. Experience with Workday, Kronos, or ServiceNow would be an added advantage.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are important, along with clear verbal and written communication. You should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, work well with people at every level, and maintain a professional, ethical, and flexible approach. Confidentiality is essential because the work involves sensitive personal information.
