Role overview

This contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator position supports recruiting operations remotely from the United States. The assignment runs from 2026-08-10 through 2026-11-30, and the pay is $22.00 to $23.08 per hour on a W2 basis.

What you will do

  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across busy calendars.
  • Assist with distributing offer letters and related hiring documents.
  • Support pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug testing, and other post-offer steps.
  • Help arrange candidate assessments when needed.
  • Partner with different teams to keep recruitment tasks moving smoothly.
  • Handle confidential information carefully and discreetly.

What we are looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative, coordination, or scheduling work in a fast-moving setting.
  • Strong ability to stay organized while balancing several priorities and deadlines at once.
  • Clear communication and strong customer service skills over phone and email.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional partners and following through on tasks.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Exposure to recruiting coordination processes such as interview scheduling, offer support, and pre-employment coordination.

Preferred background

  • Experience with recruiting tasks such as phone screens or resume review.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with reliable follow-through on urgent work.
  • Ability to create a positive and candidate-friendly interview and onboarding experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities with urgency, accuracy, and flexibility.
