Its mission is to bring people and businesses together so both can succeed, with a strong belief that work should be accessible to everyone.

The team delivers personalised, end-to-end support by helping clients set goals, prepare resumes and interviews, connect with allied health professionals, access training and financial assistance, and build the confidence needed for lasting employment. atWork Australia also works with employers to broaden access to diverse, job-ready talent and foster inclusive workplaces.

The culture is built on integrity, compassion, and determination, with a focus on helping clients improve their lives through meaningful work.

What you should bring

  • Experience in customer service or another client-facing role.
  • Prior experience supporting people through challenges is preferred.
  • Comfortable and confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work toward KPIs and achieve placements that create stable, lasting employment.
  • A genuine interest in contributing to a purpose-led organisation focused on connecting people and business.
