About the Company

Skyler Labs builds Skyler ONE, an AI-powered platform that prepares sales teams before meetings. It creates concise meeting briefs, prospect research, branded decks, and follow-up content through a conversational experience.

The company already operates with an AI-first, agent-driven workflow. Tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, MyCL, and coding agents are used daily to develop features, carry out quality checks, and run operations inside a controlled system that can ship work with a high degree of autonomy. This role is not about introducing AI to the business; it is about directing an already functioning build engine toward what customers genuinely need.

Role Overview

This position sits at the center of customer insight and product execution. You will connect real user needs with the agentic system that produces the product, ensuring Skyler ONE grows from customer evidence rather than assumptions. The responsibility scale will expand as the user base increases.

Key Focus Areas

  • Manage the relationship with early Skyler ONE customers, including onboarding, support patterns, reasons for churn, and feature interest.
  • Translate customer feedback into a clear, ranked product scope backed by evidence and ready for the roadmap.
  • Drive the onboarding-to-activation journey so new sales users reach value quickly.
  • Work with Growth to align messaging with customer reality and with Operations to convert feedback into released improvements.

What the Company Is Looking For

  • A founding-product or product-operator mindset with strong comfort in speaking to users and distilling insights from what they say.
  • Experience or readiness to use AI agents for research, synthesis, and drafting product scope, matching the agent-native approach used across the company.
  • A disciplined approach to prioritization, where every requested build maps back to direct user signal.

Bonus Experience

  • Understanding of sales workflows and empathy for a rep preparing to enter a meeting.
  • Basic analytics or SQL ability to review product usage directly.

Location and Team

This is a remote role. Preference will be given to candidates who are based in New York, Sweden, or Dubai so working hours overlap more easily with the team. The environment is small, founder-led, and fast-moving.
