Job description

About the Company

Skyler Labs is the team behind Skyler ONE, an AI-powered sales meeting preparation platform that helps sales representatives arrive prepared with meeting briefs, prospect research, branded decks, and follow-up materials delivered in a conversational way.

The company already operates with an AI-first, agent-driven system. Multiple AI agents, including Claude, ChatGPT, MyCL, and coding agents, are used daily to build features, perform QA, coordinate deployment handoffs, plan product work, and run operations through a controlled process that can ship with limited human intervention. This is an established system, not an experimental AI initiative.

Role Overview

This position is focused on running, strengthening, governing, and scaling an agentic development-and-operations workflow that is already in place. The goal is to increase throughput and quality without requiring the founder to make every decision. In practice, you will act as the person coordinating the agent ecosystem.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You will oversee the full “wave” delivery cycle from scoping through build, pull request review, deployment handoff, staging QA, and merge, while ensuring the operating rules are followed consistently.

You will also coordinate handoffs between AI agent sessions, the automated deployment pipeline, and human team members. A key part of the role is converting successful one-off agent outcomes into dependable, repeatable workflows and standard operating procedures.

In addition, you will enforce QA decision-making discipline, keep the single source of truth current across the backlog, roadmap, and decision logs, and maintain strong documentation hygiene so that context remains accurate and the agents stay aligned. You will continuously review where the agents fail, refine the process, and implement improvements.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate already uses LLM agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, or coding assistants for meaningful multi-step work and knows how to recover when those systems go off track.

You should have a strong operations and systems mindset, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and design safeguards that remove them. Familiarity with the software delivery process is important, including branches, pull requests, CI, migrations, and the difference between staging and production.

While you do not need to be a senior engineer, you should be comfortable reading a PR diff and understanding a deployment log. Clear and precise writing is also essential, since written communication is a core control layer in an agent-driven environment.

Preferred Background

Helpful experience includes work as a technical program manager, release manager, or operations lead in dev-productivity or dev-ops environments. Experience using Notion as an operating system, MCP tooling, prompt engineering, or light TypeScript coding is a plus.

Location and Team

This is a remote role. Preference will be given to candidates based in New York, Sweden, or Dubai to support overlapping working hours. The team is small, founder-led, and fast-moving.

Application Notes

Interested candidates are asked to email Robin at the company with a brief note. Applications should also include an example of a workflow that was delegated to AI agents, what went wrong, and how it was resolved.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
