Role overview

This opportunity is for a Field Marketing Manager in Germany, supporting a partner company that will handle the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The role is regional and highly collaborative, focused on strengthening awareness, generating demand, and building pipeline across major European markets, especially the UK and Southern Europe.

You will sit at the intersection of marketing and sales, turning regional commercial priorities into local programs that produce measurable results. The role blends strategic thinking with execution across campaigns, events, digital programs, and account-based marketing. You will work with global marketing teams, sales leadership, and external partners to adapt and activate initiatives for local audiences.

This is a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment with strong exposure to international go-to-market work. The position is highly visible and directly influences pipeline growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key marketing contact for sales teams in the UK and Southern Europe, keeping campaign plans and pipeline goals aligned.
  • Build and run regional marketing plans together with sales leaders and global marketing stakeholders, ensuring the right balance of objectives, budget, and resources.
  • Plan and deliver field marketing activity such as events, webinars, digital campaigns, email programs, and account-based marketing efforts.
  • Enable SDRs and sales representatives to use campaigns, content, and marketing programs effectively for engagement and pipeline progression.
  • Localize global campaigns and messages so they stay relevant and effective in each market.
  • Take ownership of regional events from end to end, including trade shows, customer events, and partner-facing activities.
  • Build customer advocacy initiatives by surfacing success stories, references, speaking opportunities, and community engagement moments.
  • Work with PR, influencer, and demand generation teams to raise brand visibility across the region.
  • Track performance, review results, and share recommendations to improve ROI and campaign impact.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently across programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in SaaS, data, or technology-driven settings.
  • Proven capability in planning and executing multi-channel regional marketing strategies that create measurable pipeline results.
  • Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms for campaign delivery, lead management, and reporting.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage several stakeholders and priorities at once.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French; knowledge of another European language such as Spanish or Italian is a plus.
  • Hands-on exposure to digital channels including email, social media, and content localization.
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools and analytics platforms used to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
  • Willingness to travel about 30% of the time across the region for events, client meetings, and partner interactions.

Perks and benefits

  • Competitive pay with performance-linked incentives.
  • Flexible work setup with hybrid and remote options available.
  • Flexible scheduling and autonomy to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for career progression in an international, rapidly expanding environment.
  • Access to modern tools, current technologies, and quality equipment.
  • International exposure through travel, events, and cross-market collaboration.
  • A collaborative and inclusive culture centered on innovation and impact.
  • Training, development, and ongoing learning opportunities.
