Job description
Role overview
This position supports the Media & Digital team in executing campaigns accurately and gathering performance data to help shape future learnings. The role involves working closely with regional APA teams, as well as media and creative agencies.
What the role involves
- Coordinate day-to-day work with local media and creative agencies to make sure campaigns are delivered on time and to the expected standard.
- Prepare and distribute creative materials to the creative agency, landlords, and media owners.
- Work with regional stakeholders to support discussions around campaign execution, including checking creative materials after media plans are finalized.
- Help consolidate documents into headquarters templates for different markets, including OOH and content approval forms.
- Collect launch and post-campaign reports from media agencies, landlords, and vendors for regional and headquarters review, as well as performance analysis by the Media Manager.
- Run data reports in Google Analytics and/or internal dashboards to support media performance evaluation.
- Coordinate Vietnamese translation and proofreading with the translation agency and PR agency.
- Support media administration tasks such as raising purchase orders, completing goods receipts in a timely manner, and resolving billing mismatches.
