Overview

Join a reputable organization in Wellington as a Customer Service Representative, where you will contribute as an enthusiastic and dedicated team member in a small, supportive contact centre environment. Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from 65000 to 70000 NZD (pro-rata).
  • Consistent Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts starting between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM, eliminating weekend roster unpredictability.
  • Fully paid, comprehensive training over approximately four weeks, held Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming voice for inbound phone and digital enquiries from a diverse professional community.
  • Strive for exceptional customer service by resolving issues efficiently on the first call.
  • Engage in planned outbound calling campaigns to enhance member engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to achieve optimal results for clients.
