Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to become a vital member of our Preston dealership team. This position serves as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop in the aftersales department, ensuring consistently outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all necessary paperwork efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process of their vehicles.
- Handling payment processing and any related follow-up activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or in a service advisor role is essential.
- No formal qualifications are required.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary ranging from £25,500 to £27,000 annually depending on experience.
