What the job involves

As a Crew Member, you will be part of a restaurant team that prepares food by hand each day and delivers a welcoming guest experience. You may be trained to work across multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role is designed for people who enjoy working with others, helping customers, and learning restaurant operations from the ground up.

Many people who join in this role go on to build long-term careers, and the company notes that a large majority of its managers began as Crew Members. Training is provided so you can feel comfortable supporting different parts of the restaurant as needed.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay range for this position is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, and the role is also eligible for digital tips. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, and/or education.
