Chipotle is looking for a Crew Member to join the restaurant team in Calhoun, Georgia. What the Job Involves
This role is designed to give team members hands-on exposure across multiple restaurant stations. Training is provided so you can work confidently at grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo areas. The restaurant prepares food from scratch each day and does not use freezers, microwaves, or can openers. The team is expected to deliver friendly service and help create the welcoming environment guests expect.
Many people who join the crew start with no prior restaurant background, and the role can be a pathway to long-term growth. Chipotle notes that a large majority of its managers began as crew members, and the company emphasizes clear advancement opportunities along with strong training.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day restaurant operations across several stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Prepare menu items by hand using fresh ingredients and standard restaurant procedures.
- Deliver courteous, efficient service that helps maintain a positive guest experience.
- Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly and consistently.
- Learn new station duties and adapt to different tasks as needed during shifts.
Requirements
- A positive, friendly, and energetic approach to customer service.
- Genuine interest in helping guests and supporting coworkers.
- Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the main language or languages used at the work location.
