What You’ll Do

As a Crew Member, you’ll be trained to work across several restaurant stations and help keep daily operations running smoothly. You may assist at the grill, register, prep area, salsa station, and expo line while contributing to a positive guest experience.

The role is centered on friendly service, teamwork, and consistency. Many people begin in this position and grow into leadership over time.

Training and Growth

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. The role is also eligible for digital tips. Actual pay can depend on skill level, experience, and education.
