Where you'll work

Job description

Overview

This is an opportunity to take charge of creative output for a globally recognised art platform that partners with influential contemporary artists to release limited-edition works. The business has built a large international following and is helping reshape how art is discovered, viewed, and collected in a digital-first world.

The role blends creative direction with day-to-day operational ownership. You will guide a compact, high-performing team responsible for producing social and campaign content for multiple weekly releases, while also setting the creative direction for ideas that strengthen the brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, support, and grow a creative team spanning design and copy.
  • Raise the standard of content across every digital channel.
  • Direct bold campaign ideas and creative concepts for artist launches.
  • Keep a fast-moving, high-volume content workflow running smoothly.
  • Work closely with marketing and content operations to deliver campaigns on tight timelines.
  • Protect a consistently strong creative quality across all deliverables.

What we're looking for

  • A confident art director with strong visual judgement and a meticulous eye.
  • Proven ability to lead people while juggling several projects at once.
  • Someone who can think big while still rolling up their sleeves to deliver.
  • Highly organised, quick to respond, and comfortable in an energetic environment.
  • Experience in content-led businesses, ideally in-house or within a fast-scaling brand.
  • A background in fashion, luxury, culture, or startup settings would be an advantage.
  • Experience creating content for brands built around social or digital channels.
  • Practical familiarity with Figma or CMS tools to support the team when needed.
  • Exposure to paid social or performance-focused content.
  • Genuine interest in, or experience with, contemporary art.

Benefits

  • Generous equity allowance.
  • Private healthcare cover.
  • Improved pension contributions and parental leave.
  • 29 days of holiday, including a Christmas closure period.
  • Learning and development support.
  • Regular social events with the company.
  • Access to an art loan scheme and cycle-to-work scheme.

Additional information

Location: Central London. The role follows a hybrid setup with 2 days per week in the office.

Compensation: £85,000.

This position offers the chance to work directly with world-renowned artists, influence how their work is experienced around the world, and help build a brand known for creative excellence in a fast-growing environment.
