Role overview

Salt Talent Search is hiring a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist for a 12-month contract in Singapore. This role suits someone proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving recruitment setting with a wide mix of roles and clients.

You should enjoy sourcing as a challenge, be confident speaking with candidates, and be motivated by the process of finding strong talent and building dependable pipelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with strong candidates across different job functions and industries.
  • Speak with candidates regularly to understand their background, interests, and motivations.
  • Work closely with Senior Consultants to support both urgent and ongoing hiring needs.
  • Create and maintain robust talent pipelines so the team can respond quickly in a high-paced environment.
  • Use inventive sourcing approaches to uncover candidates beyond standard job boards.
  • Prepare sourcing plans and analyse profiles to improve match quality.
  • Send shortlisted candidate profiles to recruiters or hiring teams in a clear and timely way.
  • Keep candidate records and recruitment progress updated accurately in the tracking system.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to understand role needs, business priorities, and client expectations.
  • Manage sourcing for several open roles at the same time.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing talent across multiple markets and creating sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in headhunting and approaching passive candidates.
  • Comfort using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and search techniques to find potential candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with people.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work well in a busy recruitment environment.
  • Genuine interest in talent sourcing and candidate engagement.
