Role overview
Salt Talent Search is hiring a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist for a 12-month contract in Singapore. This role suits someone proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving recruitment setting with a wide mix of roles and clients.
You should enjoy sourcing as a challenge, be confident speaking with candidates, and be motivated by the process of finding strong talent and building dependable pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and connect with strong candidates across different job functions and industries.
- Speak with candidates regularly to understand their background, interests, and motivations.
- Work closely with Senior Consultants to support both urgent and ongoing hiring needs.
- Create and maintain robust talent pipelines so the team can respond quickly in a high-paced environment.
- Use inventive sourcing approaches to uncover candidates beyond standard job boards.
- Prepare sourcing plans and analyse profiles to improve match quality.
- Send shortlisted candidate profiles to recruiters or hiring teams in a clear and timely way.
- Keep candidate records and recruitment progress updated accurately in the tracking system.
- Coordinate with recruiters to understand role needs, business priorities, and client expectations.
- Manage sourcing for several open roles at the same time.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience sourcing talent across multiple markets and creating sourcing strategies.
- Experience in headhunting and approaching passive candidates.
- Comfort using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and search techniques to find potential candidates.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with people.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work well in a busy recruitment environment.
- Genuine interest in talent sourcing and candidate engagement.
