Role Summary
This position focuses on shaping clear, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences across prototypes and live applications. The role combines research, interface design, collaboration with technical teams, and ongoing refinement of user journeys to improve customer satisfaction and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft user-friendly and engaging experiences for prototypes and application products.
- Carry out user research and usability testing to guide design choices.
- Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and design systems that support product delivery.
- Make sure designs are accessible and responsive across web, mobile, and desktop environments.
- Work closely with engineering teams to turn design concepts into working solutions.
- Enhance experiences across platforms with the goal of improving customer satisfaction.
- Record and explain design decisions using business requirements as the basis.
- Share knowledge with internal teams through transfer sessions.
- Continuously refine user interfaces with an emphasis on simplicity, usability, and visual clarity.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 7 years of experience across the application development lifecycle.
- Hands-on ability with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent software.
- A portfolio available online that demonstrates UX and UI project work.
- Strong understanding of accessibility requirements and responsive design practices.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS/SaSS, and template engines.
- Familiarity with both client-side and server-side JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Experience using AI tools to support design work is a plus.
- Experience producing front-end code and working alongside development teams is also desirable.
Additional Information
Version 1 offers a salary range of €55,000 to €70,000 for this role.
