About the Role
This position sits within the International Digital marketing function and supports global release campaigns across creator, influencer, and content marketing initiatives. You will work closely with digital marketing, international marketing, and revenue teams to help deliver international activity for key artist releases and partner campaigns.

Key Duties
- Help shape and execute global digital and creator strategies for artist releases and music-related products across the Interscope roster.
- Coordinate international creator and influencer campaigns on a day-to-day basis across major global markets.
- Work with creators, management teams, agencies, and platform partners across multiple territories.
- Spot creator opportunities and cultural moments that can increase awareness, engagement, and consumption for campaigns.
- Collect creator content and campaign results from social channels and turn them into regular reports with insights.
- Set up tracking links, monitor performance, and share takeaways with internal teams.
- Maintain creator databases covering contacts, past campaigns, budgets, account performance, and market notes.
- Manage campaign operations such as outreach, asset delivery, approvals, content monitoring, and reporting.
- Support release activity on short-form platforms and help artists connect with fan communities and online conversations.
- Track emerging creator trends, platform changes, internet culture moments, and audience behavior in international markets.
- Partner with US and international marketing teams so creator activity stays aligned with broader campaign goals.
- Assist with presentations, campaign summaries, reports, and internal communications.
- Help maintain best practices and workflow processes for the international digital marketing team.
- Support meeting coordination, agenda preparation, invoice and expense reconciliation, and other department needs as required.
- Take part in team meetings, campaign planning, and cross-functional discussions.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in music, entertainment, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or the creator economy.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital culture.
- Genuine interest in music, internet culture, creators, and trends across global markets.
- Understanding of paid and organic creator partnerships in artist marketing.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle several projects at once.
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability across teams, regions, and cultures.
- Comfort analyzing campaign data and turning findings into practical recommendations.
- Experience using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and campaign tracking systems.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, streaming platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; creative tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Canva are a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working across multiple genres, including pop/rock and urban music.
- Regular user of social media with a solid understanding of creator and fan behavior online.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel internationally when needed.
- BA or BS preferred.
