  • Support business case creation by assembling details on sales potential, brand alignment, historical results, and required investment.
  • Track business development workstreams, deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to keep visibility high and accountability clear.
  • Assist leadership in preparing for strategic buying meetings, trade shows, account presentations, and internal business reviews.

Distribution and Account Tracking

  • Maintain distribution files, segmentation tools, account trackers, and reporting databases.
  • Evaluate distribution by Maison, channel, region, and customer type to find gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Help identify underdeveloped territories, inactive doors, productivity gains, and account expansion possibilities.
  • Prepare distribution summaries and reporting packages for leadership review and decision-making.
  • Work with Sales and other internal stakeholders to collect updates on account performance, distribution shifts, and new opportunities.

Brand, Product, and Market Support

  • Assist with analysis of product performance by brand, account, channel, and region.
  • Gather assortment, pricing, competitive, and market intelligence to inform commercial planning.
  • Track the performance of new collections, replenishment opportunities, top-selling products, and assortment gaps.
  • Organize market feedback and present it in a clear, actionable format for HQ and Brand Management teams.

Presentation and Administrative Support

  • Create Excel reports, PowerPoint decks, meeting summaries, and executive-ready business documents.
  • Structure information into clear, concise, and visually polished materials for leadership audiences.
  • Keep project trackers, timelines, follow-up files, and shared team resources up to date.
  • Support ad hoc analysis, special assignments, and cross-functional projects as required.
