Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher position in Skopje. The role focuses on planning daily loads and routes, helping drivers complete pickups and deliveries on schedule, and making sure equipment and timing are used efficiently. You will stay in contact with drivers during their shifts, track shipment progress, keep customers informed, and step in quickly when delays or problems arise.

Key duties

• Plan and coordinate daily loads and routes for drivers.
• Support on-time pickup and delivery performance while making efficient use of schedules and equipment.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers across their shifts.
• Track load movement and provide shipment updates to customers.
• Address delays, disruptions, and other operational issues in a timely manner.
• Record and update information accurately in internal systems.
• Prepare, maintain, and revise dispatch-related documents.
• Work closely with operations, safety, and customer service teams.
• Help ensure adherence to company procedures and transportation rules.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation.

Qualifications and requirements

• Background in dispatching, logistics coordination, or another transport/operations role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills for clear interaction with drivers and customers.
• Comfort using basic computer tools such as MS Office and email, plus the ability to learn dispatch or transportation software.
• Good organization and time management, with the ability to handle several shipments and requests at once.
• Practical problem-solving ability and calm judgment when dealing with route changes or unexpected issues.
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Flexibility to work shifts or longer hours when needed by the business.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in logistics, transportation, or business is an advantage.
• Experience in trucking, freight, or a similar industry is a plus.
