  • Advise the General Manager and other stakeholders with practical recommendations for both immediate priorities and long-term growth.
  • Track financial results, review deviations, and pinpoint improvement opportunities to strengthen profitability and efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial exposure to preserve stability and enable growth.
  • Supervise accounting processes such as financial postings, reconciliations, and audits while maintaining compliance and internal controls.
  • Offer financial support and guidance across departments to help teams make informed decisions and meet strategic goals.

  • Lead major technology initiatives and ensure they support overall business direction.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet timelines, budget expectations, and quality standards.
  • Support the rollout and integration of new systems and technologies into the current environment.
  • Contribute to IT budgeting and monitor how that budget is spent.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing finance and operations team.
  • Encourage accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and senior leaders, offering insights that support growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Take part in regional meetings and help shape wider strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • More than 10 years of relevant financial experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong commercial judgment and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Ability to influence, partner, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate teams, drive organizational change, and build a cooperative workplace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including the capacity to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
