About the role
The Assistant Department Manager position is designed as an entry point into leadership at Woolworths Group. It offers the chance to build practical management skills, understand how a department runs, and develop a strong base for future growth within the store leadership pathway.
In this role, you will work closely with the wider store team to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and help deliver a positive shopping experience for customers while also contributing to a supportive workplace for colleagues.
Working roster
You may be scheduled on either of the following patterns:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
