Role overview

Woolworths Group is seeking an Online Manager to join its Mooroobool, Queensland store. This full-time, on-site role sits within the broader Department Manager pathway and is focused on leading online order operations so customers receive accurate orders on time, every time.

What the role involves

In this position, you will guide day-to-day online department activity, plan work to match picking demand, and support the team in delivering a dependable customer experience. You will work alongside store leadership and team members to keep operations running smoothly, maintain a strong safety focus, and help build a high-performing, connected team.

Leadership and development

This role is designed as a step forward for people building a career in retail leadership. You will be supported through the Store Leadership Pathway, which is intended to strengthen leadership capability, broaden department knowledge, and create opportunities for future progression into Store Management or other support roles.

Work pattern

The advertised roster is as follows: Tuesday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Wednesday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Thursday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
