This part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role in Broward County, FL is designed for someone who is dependable, well-organized, and comfortable working with people. The position helps keep day-to-day office activity running efficiently while providing professional support to staff, leadership, and visitors.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members throughout the organization.
- Handle calendars, arrange meetings, and book appointments.
- Answer incoming calls, manage email responses, and route questions to the right contact.
- Draft, revise, and organize reports, documents, and presentations.
- Keep filing systems, records, and office paperwork orderly and current.
- Support data entry tasks while maintaining accurate and updated information.
- Help coordinate travel, meeting arrangements, and event logistics when required.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment.
- Greet visitors and help maintain a welcoming, professional front-office atmosphere.
- Assist with special assignments and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential; further administrative education or training is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in office administration, office support, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with other office applications.
- Ability to manage sensitive information carefully and discreetly.
- Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing well in a team setting.
