Enterprise Product Manager - IT Hardware

Role Overview

This position focuses on managing and expanding the portfolio of IT hardware products such as laptops, personal computers, uninterruptible power supplies, multifunction printers, and entry-level servers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the IT hardware product lineup.
• Lead comprehensive tender and Request for Quotation (RFQ) procedures, including preparation of technical proposals, ensuring documentation compliance, and setting pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners to obtain necessary certifications, secure registered deals, and negotiate favorable pricing.
• Engage with customers to evaluate their business requirements and propose appropriate technological solutions.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee smooth processing of orders and high levels of customer satisfaction.
