Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee manufacturing maintenance projects, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in adopting and effectively using TRACTIAN's services, including Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Manage resources and nurture client relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and return on investment.
- Lead the implementation of new projects via customer visits, training sessions, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong business acumen with extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
- More than five years of experience within the manufacturing sector, demonstrating a track record in enhancing operational efficiency.
- Proven skills in project and team management.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages, coupled with willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CBM, CMMS, Lean Manufacturing methodologies, or Six Sigma certifications is a plus.
