Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee manufacturing maintenance projects, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in adopting and effectively using TRACTIAN's services, including Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Manage resources and nurture client relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and return on investment.
Lead the implementation of new projects via customer visits, training sessions, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong business acumen with extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
More than five years of experience within the manufacturing sector, demonstrating a track record in enhancing operational efficiency.
Proven skills in project and team management.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Proficiency in English and Spanish languages, coupled with willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CBM, CMMS, Lean Manufacturing methodologies, or Six Sigma certifications is a plus.
