Customer Success Manager - Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee manufacturing maintenance projects, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in adopting and effectively using TRACTIAN's services, including Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Manage resources and nurture client relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and return on investment.
• Lead the implementation of new projects via customer visits, training sessions, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong business acumen with extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
• More than five years of experience within the manufacturing sector, demonstrating a track record in enhancing operational efficiency.
• Proven skills in project and team management.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages, coupled with willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CBM, CMMS, Lean Manufacturing methodologies, or Six Sigma certifications is a plus.
