About the Role
RG&T Solutions seeks a dedicated Associate Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion while working remotely with an expected 50% travel commitment. The role focuses on leading customer onboarding, delivering training, and offering proactive support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding and training processes to ensure smooth adoption of our solutions.
- Provide proactive assistance to address customer needs and challenges effectively.
- Act as the customers' representative by collecting and communicating product feedback to internal teams.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty and business growth.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer accounts and generate additional revenue.
- Serve as first-tier support for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess over 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Hold a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
- Be willing and able to travel for approximately half the work time.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $70,000.
