Job Overview
As a Business Development Manager with Axis Max Life Insurance Company Limited in Pune, Maharashtra, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's insurance sales through both Agency and Direct Channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, educate, and develop Insurance Consultants within the Agency Channel to enhance their capabilities.
- Drive life insurance sales by executing strategic business development initiatives.
- Generate leads by leveraging networking, referrals, and engaging activities with customers.
- Coach advisors on product details, sales methods, and compliance requirements.
- Strengthen customer relationships to boost retention and encourage policy renewals.
- Oversee team performance to meet monthly sales goals.
- In the Direct Channel, manage inbound leads (provided by the company) by directly contacting prospects, presenting policies, and conducting field visits.
Additional Information
- This position involves fieldwork and requires personal transportation means; owning a vehicle and a valid driving license is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
