About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Parotta/Dosa Master to join a Tamil Nadu cuisine restaurant located in Manipal, Karnataka. This position demands expertise in preparing a wide range of parotta and dosa varieties while ensuring high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare diverse types of parottas, including Plain, Veechu, Nool, Kothu, Bun, among others.
- Cook various dosa varieties consistently to maintain quality and flavor.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cooking area.
- Prepare all necessary ingredients daily to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborate efficiently with the kitchen team throughout service hours.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience as a Parotta/Dosa Master.
- Proficient in crafting all types of parotta and dosa dishes.
- Preference given to candidates originating from Tamil Nadu.
- Willingness to relocate to Manipal, Karnataka.
- Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
