Key Responsibilities

• Independently producing assemblies according to customer specifications and drawings
• Utilizing welding techniques such as MIG, MAG, and TIG (WIG)
• Interpreting and applying technical drawings and plans
• Inspecting and reworking assemblies and weld seams as needed
• Operating welding robots and handheld laser welding equipment
• Performing maintenance and care of welding machines

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in the metalworking field (e.g., welder, metal worker, construction mechanic) or equivalent experience in welding
• Skillful craftsmanship combined with sound technical understanding
• Strong commitment to quality standards
• Industry experience is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team; reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts (early and late)
