About Franz Hof GmbH
Established in 1960 and located in Haiger-Rodenbach, Franz Hof GmbH is a modern mid-sized company specializing in custom sheet metal fabrication. We work with various materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. Key Responsibilities
- Independently producing assemblies according to customer specifications and drawings
- Utilizing welding techniques such as MIG, MAG, and TIG (WIG)
- Interpreting and applying technical drawings and plans
- Inspecting and reworking assemblies and weld seams as needed
- Operating welding robots and handheld laser welding equipment
- Performing maintenance and care of welding machines
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in the metalworking field (e.g., welder, metal worker, construction mechanic) or equivalent experience in welding
- Skillful craftsmanship combined with sound technical understanding
- Strong commitment to quality standards
- Industry experience is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team; reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late)
