Key Responsibilities

Independently producing assemblies according to customer specifications and drawings
Utilizing welding techniques such as MIG, MAG, and TIG (WIG)
Interpreting and applying technical drawings and plans
Inspecting and reworking assemblies and weld seams as needed
Operating welding robots and handheld laser welding equipment
Performing maintenance and care of welding machines

Candidate Profile

Completed vocational training in the metalworking field (e.g., welder, metal worker, construction mechanic) or equivalent experience in welding
Skillful craftsmanship combined with sound technical understanding
Strong commitment to quality standards
Industry experience is advantageous
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team; reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude
Willingness to work in shifts (early and late)
