Job description

Overview

As a Sales Representative for the CTS Service division, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a customer portfolio. Your goal will be to enhance equipment uptime and performance by providing customized service and aftermarket solutions. You will engage with clients primarily in mining, industrial, and production sectors, with a focus on improving their operational efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow an existing customer base
  • Promote and sell service contracts, parts, and aftermarket offerings
  • Identify opportunities to boost customer equipment performance
  • Foster trusted, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Conduct regular on-site visits and maintain direct contact with clients throughout your assigned territory
  • Collaborate closely with service technicians and internal departments
  • Develop your sales territory and sales pipeline

Candidate Profile

We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, even if not all qualifications are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, or account management, demonstrate excellent relationship management and communication skills, and possess a commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results. Motivation to expand technical knowledge is essential. Prior experience in mining, compressed air systems, or industrial fields such as HVAC, pumps, or mechanical and electrical systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Location
