  • Coordinate planning inputs across engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Carry out critical path analysis, improve schedule logic, and plan resources effectively.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly planning outputs, including S-curves, manpower histograms, cash flow projections, and earned value reports.
  • Provide schedule risk reviews and recommend mitigation measures to project leadership.
  • Liaise with engineering disciplines, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to keep all schedules aligned.

  • Take part in progress meetings with clients and management, presenting status updates and corrective actions.
  • Work in line with company planning procedures, project controls standards, and reporting expectations.

Experience required

The role calls for at least 15 years of planning and project controls experience in EPC or oil and gas projects, including a minimum of 5 years in offshore project environments. Practical exposure is expected in offshore platform, barge, and Christmas Tree installation projects, along with major EPC execution covering fabrication, offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning, and project close-out.
