Jovie is seeking compassionate and flexible nannies to join their on-call team, providing in-home childcare support for multiple families in San Marcos, CA. This role is ideal for those with babysitting, daycare, or teaching experience who desire a flexible schedule that can adapt around family, school, or other commitments. The focus is on caring for infants and toddlers, particularly children under 2 years old.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, in-home childcare without transporting children.
• Maintain cleanliness related only to activities or meals during care.
• Create a safe and engaging environment by leading developmentally appropriate activities based on child observations.
• Offer support to families needing infant and toddler care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging between $18 and $20.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly demeanor when interacting with families and staffing supervisors.
