Overview
Jovie is seeking compassionate and flexible nannies to join their on-call team, providing in-home childcare support for multiple families in San Marcos, CA. This role is ideal for those with babysitting, daycare, or teaching experience who desire a flexible schedule that can adapt around family, school, or other commitments. The focus is on caring for infants and toddlers, particularly children under 2 years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, in-home childcare without transporting children.
- Maintain cleanliness related only to activities or meals during care.
- Create a safe and engaging environment by leading developmentally appropriate activities based on child observations.
- Offer support to families needing infant and toddler care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging between $18 and $20.
