Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Arkazen Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Field Sales Executive based in Andhra Pradesh, Tirupati. This full-time role is focused on promoting and selling rooftop solar energy solutions, ideal for individuals with at least one year of sales experience. The candidate should be driven by target-oriented sales performance and excellent customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate prospective client leads through field visits, referrals, and localized marketing efforts.
• Engage potential customers to explain the benefits of rooftop solar products, associated pricing, EMI options, and government subsidy schemes.
• Visit customer sites and coordinate closely with the technical team to ensure smooth sales process and installation.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed sales while consistently meeting monthly sales goals.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain comprehensive daily reports covering sales activities, customer visits, and follow-up communication.
• Uphold the company’s professional image within the assigned sales region.

Candidate Requirements

• Education level ranging from intermediate (12th grade pass), diploma holders, to graduates are eligible.
• At least one year of direct or field sales experience, preferably within industries such as solar energy, banking, insurance, telecom, FMCG, consumer durables, real estate, or other results-driven sales domains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation capabilities, and customer relationship proficiency.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Ready to undertake frequent travel within the designated territory.
