About the Role
Join Amazon India's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team as an Investigation Specialist, playing a crucial role in analyzing and resolving key process issues to enhance both merchant and customer experiences. FBA is a significant strategic program within Amazon, focusing on operational excellence, system support, and process design that impacts the entire company. This position offers the chance to contribute to building a world-class product, enabling merchants to leverage benefits such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, transportation, and customer service.
The role is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead investigations and identify root causes for major FBA merchant and customer problems and key programs.
- Analyze large datasets to pinpoint specific issues related to seller experience and program challenges.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) weekly to address critical seller-related problems and propose product ideas to scale these SOPs.
- Track and report program metrics, extracting insights on recurring patterns and problems.
Key Skills and Abilities
- Strong business communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Expertise in deep-dive analysis, troubleshooting, and fostering innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of product catalogs.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in data-driven business operations processes.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with consumer product compliance procedures and regulations.
- Experience managing regulatory compliance with government entities.
