About the Role

Join Amazon India's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team as an Investigation Specialist, playing a crucial role in analyzing and resolving key process issues to enhance both merchant and customer experiences. FBA is a significant strategic program within Amazon, focusing on operational excellence, system support, and process design that impacts the entire company.   • Track and report program metrics, extracting insights on recurring patterns and problems.
