Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused E-Commerce Account Manager to oversee seller accounts, optimize product listings, manage daily marketplace operations, and enhance business growth for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Administer seller accounts on platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Create and refine product listings and catalogs for optimal visibility.
• Oversee inventory levels and order processing activities.
• Manage advertising campaigns and promotional efforts across marketplaces.
• Monitor account health metrics and resolve any marketplace-related problems.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide support services.
• Analyze sales data and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Required Skills

• At least six months of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and online research methods.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar online marketplaces.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub platforms.
• Experience using keyword research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
• Any relevant certifications related to Amazon or e-commerce would be advantageous.
