They assist brands in launching, maintaining, and scaling their businesses across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho by providing comprehensive e-commerce management solutions.
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused E-Commerce Account Manager to oversee seller accounts, optimize product listings, manage daily marketplace operations, and enhance business growth for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Administer seller accounts on platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Create and refine product listings and catalogs for optimal visibility.
- Oversee inventory levels and order processing activities.
- Manage advertising campaigns and promotional efforts across marketplaces.
- Monitor account health metrics and resolve any marketplace-related problems.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide support services.
- Analyze sales data and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Required Skills
- At least six months of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management.
- Effective English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and online research methods.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub platforms.
- Experience using keyword research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
- Any relevant certifications related to Amazon or e-commerce would be advantageous.
