Role Overview
We are seeking committed and motivated Inside Sales Executives, preferably female, who possess excellent communication abilities and a passion for assisting clients. The role involves engaging with prospective patients through voice communications to promote our fertility services and facilitate bookings for consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and follow-ups to potential patients.
- Assess customer needs and accurately provide information about fertility services.
- Build strong relationships with prospects encouraging appointment bookings.
- Diligently follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Keep detailed records of interactions within the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Professionally address customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service.
Candidate Profile
- Female candidates preferred.
- Graduates or undergraduates from any academic discipline.
- Between 6 months and 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship roles.
- Strong proficiency in Hindi communication; basic English is a plus.
- Confident, persuasive, and focused on achieving targets.
- Fundamental computer skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
