Role Overview

We are seeking committed and motivated Inside Sales Executives, preferably female, who possess excellent communication abilities and a passion for assisting clients. The role involves engaging with prospective patients through voice communications to promote our fertility services and facilitate bookings for consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and follow-ups to potential patients.
• Assess customer needs and accurately provide information about fertility services.
• Build strong relationships with prospects encouraging appointment bookings.
• Diligently follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Keep detailed records of interactions within the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Professionally address customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred.
• Graduates or undergraduates from any academic discipline.
• Between 6 months and 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship roles.
• Strong proficiency in Hindi communication; basic English is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive, and focused on achieving targets.
• Fundamental computer skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
