About the internship
This is a part-time, work-from-home HR internship with Boddhi Tree Foundation, a not-for-profit organization focused on social impact initiatives and free online education across 17 states in India. The organization supports learners from classes 1 to 12 and also serves people of all ages who never had the chance to attend school.
What you will do
- Support hiring activities by finding candidates, arranging interviews, and carrying out first-round screenings.
- Work with HR data and patterns to help the team make informed decisions and plan ahead.
- Join online meetings whenever the organization requires it.
- Assist with onboarding by preparing induction content and helping run orientation sessions for new joiners.
- Maintain employee records and keep HR systems updated.
- Handle administrative HR tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
