Role overview
This in-office internship is for a Recruitment Consultant intern who will support end-to-end hiring for non-technical and specialized corporate roles. The position involves sourcing talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping recruitment records updated in the ATS.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain pipelines of non-technical candidates such as those in sales, marketing, HR, finance, and operations using professional networking platforms and recruiter tools.
- Identify and approach specialized corporate professionals for roles across technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, life sciences, and finance sectors.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone conversations, and assess candidates for role fit and cultural alignment.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers while keeping the process smooth and professional.
- Update candidate records, stages, and notes in Zoho Recruit and keep the ATS information accurate.
- Serve as the main contact for candidates by sharing updates and guiding them through each step of recruitment.

Stipend and conversion opportunity
The internship pays ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month. The stipend is structured as fixed pay of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month. If converted to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹350,000 to ₹500,000.
Other requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Zoho Recruit is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good time management, and an organized approach to task tracking are important.
- A quick learner with curiosity about different business sectors, self-motivation, and comfort in a fast-paced environment will be a good fit.
