Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the internship

This is a part-time, work-from-home HR internship with Boddhi Tree Foundation, a not-for-profit organization focused on social impact initiatives and free online education across 17 states in India. The organization supports learners from classes 1 to 12 and also serves people of all ages who never had the chance to attend school.

What you will do

• Support hiring activities by finding candidates, arranging interviews, and carrying out first-round screenings.
• Work with HR data and patterns to help the team make informed decisions and plan ahead.
• Join online meetings whenever the organization requires it.
• Assist with onboarding by preparing induction content and helping run orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Maintain employee records and keep HR systems updated.
• Handle administrative HR tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available to work from home, be able to start between 6 July 2026 and 10 August 2026, and commit to the full 4-month duration. Candidates should have relevant interests and skills. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

About the company
