Senior Telecaller

Role and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound cold calls targeting US-based businesses to promote and sell Startify Media's online booking and business management software platform.
• Assess clients' requirements, deliver informative product demonstrations, address objections effectively to facilitate sales conversions.
• Generate qualified sales leads, arrange product demos, and maintain follow-ups until deal closure.
• Keep CRM updated with results of calls, manage sales pipeline actively, and consistently meet or surpass defined sales targets.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in international sales, particularly in IT/software SaaS sales or B2B cold calling, preferably with the US market.
• Fluent English communication with a neutral accent, excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated skill in overcoming objections, qualifying leads, closing sales, or booking demos with potential clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software usage and experience in working towards sales KPIs and targets.
• Highly motivated, self-reliant, and able to operate effectively during US business hours.
